Shipping and returns

SHIPPING

REIGN GLO accepts orders that are billed and shipped to locations within the United States. Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays). REIGN GLO shall not be liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by act or default of the shipping carrier. REIGN GLO is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility only. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.

U.S. ONLINE PURCHASE RETURN

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases of sale items cannot be returned for a refund. Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used or worn products, as determined by REIGN GLO or products not bought online at toofaced.com. Please see below for information regarding international returns.

To return an item(s) please follow these simple steps:

1. We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and/or insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.

2. Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the shipping date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

We do not refund shipping unless the return is a result of our error.
